Seacamp is excited to offer a one-week residential summer camp scholarship valued at $2,000.00 to the Youth Making Ripples Film Festival for the 2024 summer camp season. The scholarship will include camp fees, meals and housing. Scholarship opportunities do not include transportation or camp store fees. We are excited to provide this opportunity to the deserving High School Competition winner with a passion for learning marine science in a community living setting.
About Seacamp
Seacamp Association, Inc is located in Big Pine Key, Fl. Since 1966 they have been serving 10 to 17 year old campers passionately interested in immersing themselves in marine science and water sports. Residential summer camp programs include one and two week intensive sessions emphasizing Marine research and exploration using snorkeling and SCUBA skills. Traditional camp activities include sailing, lifesaving, windsurfing, photography, AND arts and crafts.
Young scientists participate in a variety of courses under the guidance of academically trained marine science instructors, biologists, geologists and oceanographers.

SCUBA courses are designed to give the camper the appropriate skills for safely using scuba as an underwater research tool.
